Yo homies! I hope you are all doing good! I love and miss you all! It feels like I have been here at the MTC for 5 years not 1 week. It is long days but I am glad to be able to learn and grow before going to Florida. Plus I am dodging the hurricane for now so that is a DUB!  Well to start off the food is not the vibe. I pretty much am living off of my protein powder and snacks. Thank goodness for Miss Jess sending me the goods. My comp is sweet she doesn't like sports or working out so I am lucky if I can convince her to go on a walk with me. Which has been a struggle! I miss the sports. I also have spent countless hours listening to her play the piano and sing. Pray for me ;)  Oh and I had to sing in the choir. No I didn't actually sing don't worry I wouldn't kill everyone's ears like that.  Spanish is slowly coming. I can say a solid prayer and a simple testimony so that helps. We start Spanish only on Friday so I guess we will see what happens! I am ready for the...

Hola Amigos! My time of home MTC has come to an end. It was a LOOONNNNGGG week but I already love my time as a missionary. I pretty much had classes all day long. During the few breaks I did have I spent most of my time laying in the hammock and even zonking a few times. I also got to spend lots of time with family and friends which has been good!  I got to meet my district and teachers and get to know them . I will be honest at first I was not vibin. But they all are growin on me. My comp Hermana Sperry is really sweet and I am excited to meet her in person tomorrow! I am hyped to learn and grow with everyone in my district. Even though it means embarrassing ourselves terribly while trying to learn spanish!  A spiritual thought this week came from my personal study. I was reading in John 15 and the following verses stood out to me.  4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me....
