See You In 6 Months...

I offically hit one year on the mission! I cant tell if time is flying going slower than a snail or normal speed, but I am so so grateful for my time here. Florida sure has grown on me and has a big piece of my heart!

This week honestly wasn't that exciting. I had to sit through 6 district councils and it was painful. I had to give trainings in each of them. I had no clue what I was going to share that would help the missionaries that are in my two zones. But i pulled something together so i pray it helped at least 1 missionary!!

We have struggled finding friends who are willing to progress and keep commitments! Praying this week we will find those who are prepared.

A quick though this week comes from Mosiah 4: 10-12

10 And again, believe that ye must repent of your sins and forsake them, and humble yourselves before God; and ask in sincerity of heart that he would forgive you; and now, if you believe all these things see that ye do them.

11 And again I say unto you as I have said before, that as ye have come to the knowledge of the glory of God, or if ye have known of his goodness and have tasted of his love, and have received a remission of your sins, which causeth such exceedingly great joy in your souls, even so I would that ye should remember, and always retain in remembrance, the greatness of God, and your own nothingness, and his goodness and long-suffering towards you, unworthy creatures, and humble yourselves even in the depths of humility, calling on the name of the Lord daily, and standing steadfastly in the faith of that which is to come, which was spoken by the mouth of the angel.

12 And behold, I say unto you that if ye do this ye shall always rejoice, and be filled with the love of God, and always retain a remission of your sins; and ye shall grow in the knowledge of the glory of him that created you, or in the knowledge of that which is just and true.

The word FILLED has always stood out to me as I have been studying. I love that we each can be FILLED with the love of God and ALWAYS retain a remission of sin.

I needed this reminder. I am so imperfect and have so much to be better at. This week i was filled with gratitude for the chance we each have to change and become better theough Jesus Christ.

I know that he is the master healer! He is the reedemer and he is the One and Only who could save each of us.

Thanks to all of you who reached out this week yall are amazing! I love you and Jesus does too:)

Love Like Jesus

Love, hermana peterson
